But in '96 I was engaged to a celebrity bank robber who tried to hold up a Kingston bank while her older sister toted the shotgun. They fell into the hands of the police after their driver disappeared.. They were the "Thelma & Louise" of Canada with all the newspaper/TV coverage. And my divorced wife having become a real estate maven after 20 years landed a cushy mgt. position with the same bank's Realty Sales office. Needless to say that generated a Tsunami or two when word got around about my glamorous felon with blonde pony tail & wicked laff.
